how do i quit a game?

im new, and joined 4 games straight away. my rl friend just joined, and invited me to a game, but i cant join him. can i even quit games?

if the game already started you can only quit it by winning or loosing the game, I suggest winning

It is impossible to actually quit a game, except by winning or losing. The main reason for this is to prevent point dumping (where one player continually intentionally loses to another in order to transfer his points to that other player).

You can miss 3 turns in a row intentionally so you are out of the game, or you can suicide all your armies (if you suicide don't attack just 1 other player or else you ruin the game for that player) and hope others take you out soon.
Both options are however going to get you bad ratings.

So best is to just finish the game in a normal way and then start a new game with your friend.

Why even suggest that? Just say there's no way to quit a game; you have to play it out.
