my point was that a month's ban, without even asking me to stop, is way to heavy-handed. but then you don't really care, do you.

you violated the bigotry guidelines of the site. did you ever bother to read the rules? then don't complain. bigotry is not tolerated on the site, and neither is trolling in the forums. i foresee a forum vacation in the near future of what is going to be a short CC career...-the black jesus

'fag' isn't a bigotted comment, i think you'll find. a 'fag' is someone who you bitch on to perform menial tasks for you - such as cleaning your shoes or tidying your room - without giving them any respect or compensation for it. ie, we've been making james fag for us ever since he got here. it's like saying 'spastic' - it isn't offensive, some people just use it in that way. and by some people, i mean americans; it's a non-existent word over here, except in the context that i just used it in or as slang for a cigarette.

nice attempt at deflecting from your violation of the bigotry guidelines and current 30 day ban... however, i do invite you to start a C&A thread about me and my avatar. i have had it explained to me by a C&A mod and an admin that the word f*ck is not considered offensive here on CC... there is even a moderator with an avatar containing the word f*ck boldly within the animation. so, please go file a frivolous complaint so your downward spiral may continue... why don't you try brushing up on the rules before you complain about having them enforced when you break them...-the black jesus

Any form of bigotry is an instant kick/ban. Doesn't matter who it is. Just because you don't want to read the Community Guidelines, does not mean you are going to be excluded from them. And the pretense in which you used the word is bigotry. Any person who uses the word is going to get kicked out of Chat, then be given the appropriate punishment.
