why cant i make another account?

ok i understand the rules that are broken with this. yews i don't think people should be able to play there multis (for good reasons) but what if i just want to restart, start fresh...not even give up this account but just starts a new one so i can experience the fun of starting new. i don't know any other site that will care if you make more then 1 account.

hell i cant even point dump to get to 100 points if i want to because then i'm abusing the game. the only thing i can really do is site here plying games i suck at and even that does not help

Because - why would the mods want to go through starting a new slate of kicks/bans for you?
Also, if they let one person do it, many many more would. It's really not worth the headache of having a bunch of people with different accounts running around. Also, it would be hard to distinguish who's making an account for traditional multi purposes and those who are, as you put it, 'starting anew'.

I guess when you earn a reputation you have to live with it. But when you say start new, do you mean a new user name? I can see people changing user names and then causing trouble with people who had them on foe.

no i mean like being able to restart my stats for fun but at the same time having my old states there if i want them

Because your stats should be an indication of how good you are. If you start anew, your new starts wouldn't be indicative of your skill.
