What do I have to do to become a "volunteer"? I want to do more to help the site in any way I can, especially in the Foundry.

The Foundry is almost always looking for good contributors. You'd have to check with MrBenn and see if he has a need for any official volunteering. If not, he may have some unofficial volunteering that you can do (which just may grease the wheels in the future ).

TeamCC has open application callouts from time to time, the most recent are located in the Announcement forums---Suggestions and Discussions.

Owning premium membership is not a factor in becoming a TeamCC volunteer. A majority of volunteers and staff had premium prior to joining the team, but that's simply because our love for conquer club is coincidentally valued at $25 USD. Good luck on applying!
