PM question

I'm running my first two tournaments here on CC, so I've been sending messages to a group of players at once. When I need to send another message, I've been going to my original sent message and clicking "Reply to sender and all recipients" rather than typing everyone's name again in the "To:" box. If people on that list send me a question, then I just reply directly to their PM by hitting "Send Reply". I figured that message would be just between myself and the person I was replying to, but it seems like everyone in each tournament group is getting every message related to their group, whether it's one I sent to all of them, or one sent to an individual. I think that's what's happening, I've had one or two complaints about it. When I'm sending a message or reply, if I look below the message box, I can see the message history and it shows every message that I sent to anyone in that group or received from them, whether it was to all of them or private. Am I doing something wrong or is that just how the message system works?

I believe this is correct.
