Do you get points/cards in a terminator game for killing someone who dead-beated out?

I thought lack made an update a long time ago where the winner of the terminator game won the points from the deadbeat player. Someone else can eliminate the deadbeat earlier in the game, but the winner gets the points of the player is still "alive".

The deadbeated player still needs to be conquered and who ever does it gets the points from what I recall.

Alright, found the proof:

Original Change:

The loophole is finally closed. When players are auto-kicked in a terminator game their armies remain on the map, and you can still get points (and cards) from them if you eliminate the deadbeat before the game is over.

Newest Update:
Subject: [23-Oct-2007] Fog of war
lackattack wrote:Terminator Improved
Deadbeats in terminator games now lose points to the game winner if they are not terminated before the game is won. This is consistent with other game types, and solves the problem of players intentionally deadbeating to avoid losing points.

So the key phrase is now lose points to the game winner if they are not terminated before the game is won.

So if someone terminates them before game is won then they get the points.

Right, just as if the deadbeat was still an active player.

Probably, because even the deadbeat is considered "alive" in the game even though they aren't taking turns. Your best bet is to find a game where this happened.
