I'd just like to say that it was my fault...i started way too many games, but you guys shouldnt give me 7 negatives feedbacks for it, thats the same as double jeopardy (you cant be tried for the same crime twice) at least i think thats what it means. So just drop it and move along with life.

Dude, if you can't do the time don't do the crime.

You wasted 72 hours of time for numerous players in numerous games. That's just the time that was wasted. Think of all the games that were adversely affected by your decision to deadbeat because you coun't be bothered. You should count yourself lucky you only got seven negative feedbacks!

Deadbeats in games I play are on auto negative feedback. They've earned it. Other players deserve to know what you are likely to do in your future games. Keep you're reputation good and then you don't have to worry about how to rehabilitate it.

Did you have the courtesy to PM each of the players you inconvenienced and apologize? Judging from your responses to the negative feedback I'm guessing the answer is no, but I'll ask the question anyway.

By the way, the correct response to the negative feedback you received is: "I apologize. I entered too many games and I couldn't keep up. I've learned my lesson and it won't happen again." I've read your responses and they had, shall we say, a different tone.

Personally I think Noob's shouldn't be able to receive feedback or there should be a way to remove it. Sort of like trying them under the youthful offenders act. That way it doesn't go on their permanent record. I didn't look at this kids games so I don't know how many were noob matches... But you get the idea.

Edit: I see he has a few hundred games under his belt. But he only joined a few weeks ago, so I am still going to classify him as a semi-noob...

It seems to me that would defeat the purpose of feedback or result in no one being willing to risk playing with the new recruits.

When I am contemplating joining a game I look at the negative feedback for each of the players. I use it to decide whether I want to play with this player or not. I play with new recruits all the time. They're innocent until proven guilty as far as I'm concerned. But yeah, I want to know if a player has a history of deadbeating. When I see he does I pass on that game.

If a deadbeat is contrite and explains the situation to me then I withdraw the negative feedback. As near as I can tell, the OP has done none of those things. He can't be bothered, or it's too much work, I don't know the reason.

Feedback (especailly negative) serves a very useful function. It causes peoople to behave better than they would in the absence of such a mechanism. It warns people away from playing with players who based on past experience are unlikely to provide a satisfactory game.

Yep, I can tell by the responses you left to those who had the nerve to be irritated by you holding up their games (or worse as it seems one was a double partner) that you are verrrry contrite. LOL.

Here's an idea, shut up and go away. You pissed off a lot of people and they told you about it. End of story.
