I'm currently on vacation in Montenegro and my "Country" is set to the aforementioned. Is it possible to change my country to my actual place of residence (USA)?

Also, my image code from Photobucket doesn't seem to be working (for my sig). Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

your flag is based on IP i beleive, so you'll jsut have to live with it until lyou get back home :) If it worries/annoys you you could wite under "lovcation" on your profile "Live in USA; on vacation in...." etc
edit: ie as soon as you log in from the US again flag will change.

enjoy your vacation!

Alright, I wasn't sure if it changed with my IP address or not. I'm fine with it, as long as it's not permanent ;)

Cheers

Your flag is based on your ip adress.

6. My country flag is wrong. Can I change it?

Your country is determined automatically by looking up your IP address in a GeoIP database. It isn't meant to reflect your nationality. Furthermore, the database is only 99% accurate so some members may show an incorrect location. Unfortunately there is no way to override your country flag.

its not permanent unless you permanently stay in montenegro. Enjoy your holiday.

Try changing the [/IMG] tags to lower-case lettering.
If that doesn't work, you've probably checked the box which says 'Disable BBCode'.
As I'm sure you're aware, all of this is attained through Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit signature.

Anything's possible, but your claim is unsubstantiated. I don't see how having an avatar and siggy require any past experience in cc, especially when it's not that hard to get to the control panel (which he probably checked because of the flag problem, too).
