Comments: This player has more chat in this game than the ones who played it. Was in there baiting and trolling and spamming. 55 times.

First, I am worried about jefjef...I mean he isn't even in this game! Is he going through finished games and re-reading all the chat? I think he may need help.

Second, I love that blue won the game. Everyone else is chatting away and blue is winning. Love it.

Third, if this guy was trolling then you would think one of the players that he was trolling would complain. The chat is lively and pretty amusing. Without those actually affected complaining about the conduct, how can we say it is spamming or trolling?

Fourth, (this is the hard one) there is a racially insensitive word used several times in the chat. However, again, the person complaining here is not in this game so there is no way they could have been offended by it.

I guess for my part, I would warn the players that used the racially insensitive word and move on.

i would get mad at jefjef but i know you werent specifically looking and the complaint is due to fitz report and your making the right report cause samiamagian was inflaming things

but jef jef...why should either guy be warned neither was really complaining neither filed a complaint and they seemed to be quite fine insulting each other/...why not let the two fools duke it out?

jefjef I would give this complaint more weight if one of the players in the game had made this complaint and if the game hadn't ended 4 months. That being said I am going to CLOSED this report.

I realize you weren't looking for something like this but by bringing up a game that is 4 months old is going a little overboard. It could be used as evidence against the accused in a more current offence, or if it was a more serious offence but this is just my opinion.

Unless I'm mistaken CLOSED is basically the same as NOTED.

I believe CLOSED does not = CLEARED.

Good point AON. theharris offence was in my opinion a much more serious offence, and he has committed that offence on several occasions. In this instance it occured 4 months ago, none in the game complained. Would we be opening a pandora's box? We would be getting complaints from games that happened when the site first started, which by the way we have.
