I dont know if this is the proper place, but...
Concise description: Being last in a round ultimatelly causes one to miss turns.
Specifics: The problem happened with me yesterday: I was last to play a round. Then no one played for 11 and a half hours. I could not play because 12 hours have not passed. Well, the problem happened that moment, when the office closed, and I had to go before I could play the turn.
13 hours later, when I came back, I found out I had MISSED last turn. SO, I had to sit for 11 hours without being able to play, and because my opponents took that long to show up, I got punished by missing a turn. People who cannot connect at any given hour to play can suffer from this, even being exploited by this. Example: If people in that game figure out I cannot connect to CC at night, they will not play during the day themselves, and therefore make me miss turns on a sistematic basis (I am NOT saying this is or will happen, I am merely pointing a possible exploit point)
SUGGESTION> reduce the time one must not play after being last to 8 hours, or something like that. 8 hours, in my oppinion, is enough for someone to notice turn have passed and show up to play.
