Oden-overhyped?

I think Greg Oden is a victim of lebron-james-overhypeness. He is a complete beast on defense, but has absolutely no offensive skills. He travels all the time, misses easy shots, and doesn't command the post like he supposedly should.

Kinda like Steven Hill from Arkansas. 7'0 and cant do crap on offense but he has been showing some improvment.

honestly i think he should be given a bit of a pass until he is fully healthy. For a guy playing d 1 basketball id say hes fairly skilled for having to use his non dominant hand.

I would say he is overrated for now. He wore a wrist brace until the last few weeks. I think he will be a above average NBA player but not a shaq or Tim Duncan. I hope he sucks it up on Saturday vs. U of M
