I was just thinking now... It might be interesting to start a "Most Valuable Player" rating for the 3+ team games. Since we can now pick which team we'd like to play on... it'll be useful for players to perhaps pick which team they'd like to play for with this statistic in mind. It's also cool recognition for players that get this credit awarded to them by their team mates. I'll just give a high level over view of this idea and then let the CC guys thrash it out some more. Basicaly, at the end of a team game, the ratings screen presents a radio button choice for who you think was your team's MVP. This can then also give a medal spin off for people who receive 20+, 50+ and 100+ MVP ratings.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:- Gives fellow team mates the ability to judge your contribution to up coming games.
- Gives recognition to players who have truely lead their team to a great victory.
- Gives an extra medal to the list of possible achievements
