How about this one?
One day, an unhappy little rabbit was hoping along the beach. While hopping along he noticed that the sun was setting, so he stopped for a moment to observe the sunset. While looking out, a small island caught his eye. The Island it seemed, was covered with carrots! "Oh my" thought the bunny, "If I can get to those carrots, I'll be the happiest rabbit in the world."
So the rabbit stepped back a few paces, ran, leaped and *Plop!* landed on the island (as we all know, rabbits excel at jumping)! He immediatly began engorging himself with the tasty carrots as the sunset.
The very next morning, an old cat was going for his morning stroll along the beach. He was a very miserable cat, having lost most of his sight many years ago. As he strolled along, he heard the rabbit laughing merrily, looked in his direction, and focused very hard. Why, it seemed that the rabbit was on an island, just enjoying himself. "My that rabbit seems to very happy!" thought the Cat. "Perhaps if I join him on the island, I'll be just as happy. Oh, but that means I'll have to cross the water, and I hate water!". So he looked around, hoping that perhaps he would find some brances so he could make a small raft so he could get to the island. Alas, he found nothing by sand and rocks on the beach.
So, he called out to the rabbit "Good rabbit! How did you make it to that island? I have been unable to find any branches or wood so that I may make a raft to cross to you happy little island". The rabbit, hearing the cat replied "One need only but jump to get to this little island! All it takes is a little leap!".
The cat took this to heart, stepped back a few paces, ran, leaped and *splash!*, landed in the water!
The cat, even more miserable and discouraged climbed out of the water and sulked off, dripping wet.
Moral of the story?
After every happy peter, there is a wet pussy.
