secret alliance

Postby Cyncism on Mon Feb 26, 2007 3:02 pm

yall better shut up about tisha and rasengan, ive played with both and it wasnt an alliance..... i am shocked that someone would accuse Tsiha of being in a secret alliance.... all who think she is guilty will not be able to join my Tisha is the bestest clan ( coming soon) ;)
i myself play games with the same people, whos tactics i know so its easier to win......... tisha would never cheat. tisha doesnt need to cheat, she beats alot of people and her rating is fine....... someone is just pissed cuzz she's the best and trying to find a way to make it seem that the only reason they lost was cuzz tisha cheated( which is a lie)...... someone needs to grow up and leave the REAL risk players alone......

collusion

Postby Scott-Land on Mon Feb 26, 2007 3:41 pm

I have played with both Tisha and Rasengan several times. I have not in the past nor 'til today seen any type of misconduct between them. It could be perhaps they enjoy playing one another and Tisha is more skilled in certain games. Anyway- hope to see the two of you in my games soon.

tisha and ras do not cheat.

Postby Georgerx7di on Mon Feb 26, 2007 5:13 pm

This post just pisses me off. I want to make 3 points here.

1. AAFitz says himself; ".i did not play a game with them....". He never played with either of them, and yes he's making accusations. So yes, you did make these accusations lightly. I've played many games with both of them at the same time, and I have won many, and I also have never suspected either of them of cheating.

2. People who play real time games like to find other people who are on at the same time, and have similar rank. I play a ton of rt's and I have a list of about 10 to 20 people who I invite every night. Oh and by the way, I win a lot of games too, winning doesn't make you a cheater.

3. There are about 14,000 players on conquer club. Of these maybe 7,000 actually play regularly, the other half being people who registered and then stopped playing. Of those 7,000, maybe 10% log on regularly and play real time games. So of those 700, during the 4 hours that an rt player might be on, you would run into about 1/6 (4hrs/24hrs) of them. So thats about 117 players. Now a simple calculation shows that only 16% of players are Leiutenant or above. captains normally like to play with people of similar rank or higher, so that leaves about 20 players of similar rank who are on at the same time each night. Of them, you have to find players who like the same games as you, escalating vs. flatrate, etc. So after all this, you can see why most people who regularly play rt's end up playing with the same people most of the time. That and comment #, THAT THEY ARE FRIENDS.

AAFitz did you ever maybe think about their starting positions? I dont know about you but it seems to play a pretty big role in all the games that i have played. Besides they are both great payers and fun to play with. Oh and as for them playing public games maybe they want to meet new people to play against. Didn't think of that no did you?

there is allot more to the games then who won, your right willis........he's not there to see how the games have played out. but i guess that doesnt matter....

and as for trep accusing me of a pregame alliance, why would he play me again if he was so sure there was a pregame alliance...

this other secret alliance is ridiculous also.....if i don't border someone...then there's not too much of a chance that i am going to attack them......i'm not going out of my way on the game board to attack someone just because i haven't attacked them yet..

Or perhaps, both of them can "safely" play in public team games together in addition to private games instead of public standard, terminator or assassin games.

I can see the rationale of playing mostly public terminator games since you get points by eliminating opponents.

personally, this is what id like to see....a voluntary decision not to play in open public games together with perhaps the warning of a mod, that any more problems will not be tolerated...

most with this kind of record get blocked, but i dont even want them to be blocked from playing together at this point.., because they play tons of games...they both seem like nice enough people...they play tons of private games....and really only played 21 public games if rasengans figures are right..so there really hasnt been much damage here...

nearly every couple in here, chooses to only play team games or private games, as do I with my family...it only seems fair that these two do the same....

its unfortunate that this had to get so dragged out for this result, but its sometimes the only way to get to this result

once a moderator posts their opinion of this ill delete almost everything here, because anyone who wanted to see it already has...and if you arent going to be in public games in the future, its more or less irrelevant anyways...

it really is more fair for everyone this way

good luck

So this is about 2 friends playing together in a certain amount of singles games together, and the 2 winning a good % of them?

I see nothing wrong with friends playing together in singles games. And they happen to be good players who win most of those games, I still dont see anything wrong with it.

Now if you bring proof to this thread that these 2 are infact playing these games in a secret alliance, and that's why they are winning, then I can see where you are coming from. But to say it without such proof, there's nothing I can do about that.

Now if one of the other multi hunters or admins thinks different, then feel free to say so.
