So, a person can get banned permanently for being a bit of a thorn in a side but outright cheat twice or more with total disregard for the rules and be playing again later that same day.

I thought you got ur premium stripped and all multi accounts banned the first time, but u stayed active as a freemium, and then if you did it a second time you have to rebuy premium each time?
