I lift three times a week and run 2 miles four times a week... That's all...

I used to be way more active, but got lazy since I broke my knee.

I'm lazy and have no upper-body strength, the last time I benched I benched 75 lbs (about 4 years ago)

I guess I'm the opposite of you. After football season I have worked out & run every day. I went from benching 135 last year to 225 today, hard work does pay off

I don't live in Finland anymore. I came to the States after I won 2 World's Strongest Man Titles and retired.

I'm relatively small in size but I'm much stronger than everyone thinks cuz I always wear baggy sweaters...

I think I can bench about 100 including the bar...

but I do pushups more often I can do 50 pushups at once

and pullups and can do like almost 10 at once maybe

ya I'm only a little strong :oops:

its an ohio thing i think... its different lifts for your arms and such but in total you lift 1000 pounds in 20 mins but you can only use three different lifts like i lifted 150 lbs 4 x = 600 and then something else at 100 lbs 2x = 200 and then one more kind of lift for 100 2x = another 200 wich in total = 1000

I lift for Football and Basebal. I get up to about 125 on the Bench, and 215 on Squats. Not bad for a 135 pounder :D
