This is going to snowball fast.
I think he was more referring to his opinion that he was the only one who showed any backbone on day 1, and now that he is dead we will take ages to reach a lynch...

Fifth never posted anything of real value, so I Am not sure how he was showing backbone.

He had a welcome post on page 9.
His posted on page 10 FOS on the entire colton wagon (which is where we might want to start)
Page 10 posts #2 and #3 were just talking about the setup.
His post on page 12 he votes wercool who turned out to be a peasant.

After that it was night or he was dead. So I don't get it.

Anyways, Vote Vodean

very quick hammer and part of the colton bandwagon without any good reasons.

No, you are being voted for dropping the final vote without really giving a good reason in Rainbow Eater's eyes.

hm.... but everyone else is ok. i see. i had FOSed wer LONG before that. i actually was the one to bring it up...

looking good for the mafia. we need to vote people we can get a case against, not people who suggest something, and then vote for it last... Thats like me telling the next president to run today, and i am the last to go to the poll. my vote does not count any more than everyone elses.

The key in spiesr sentence is FINAL VOTE. you gave him no chance to claim, you just hammered. at L-1 you should have given him a chance to claim and prove his innocence. Does not matter what you wanted to do, it matters what you do.

When voting for a president, you can cast your vote until a certain time. Whe did not have a fixed deadline. You effectivly created a deadline for him without giving him a chance to act within that deadline.

Not nice, but I'm not sure if thats enough to vote on you.

from the posts it looks like he was agreeing with you that inactivity stinks, which seems to be the reason that you voted for wercool, now vodean should have checked how many votes wercool had to see if his would be the number seven but i doubt that anyone would take the time to go back and check the votes themselves

at the same time, you need to know should know that it is close. It is not that hard to go to the previous vote count and go from there....... especially when there are only 7 posts between when the last vote count was completed and vodean voted.

5 were votes for wercool
1 was asking wercool to respond
1 was a resubmitted vote for wercool

Yes, it was a short run there, making it usual for scum and the revolution to put value in his death, duality did quite literally nothing, so there nothing there besides the possibility of a inactive hating delayed day-killer.
Otherwise it would have to be someone who thinks f1fth was a valuable or dangerous player, spiesr seems to think so, but that isn't even worthy of a FOS really.

I want to draw attention to the last votes. Notice that RE offers an explanation for why he would vote wercool i.e. submarining. UTAlan doesn't offer any new evidence but says agreed and then votes him. Vodean doesn't even offer any explanation and votes him as well. I think that the general lack of willingness to offer any new idea or even rephrasing the accusation (by saying something like "submarining is scummy" or something like that) makes the bandwagon more scummy. Since there is some pressure on vodean, I will

vote UTAlan
FOS Vodean

Vote Vodean

Just to keep the pressure at a constant level. I'd rather have a claim from you than telling us its wrong to lynch someone without a case. Everyone is caseless right now. So we have to make people start talking.

as i said, i was THE FIRST to suggest a scummy tie. hmmm... lost my bearings with the extra pages, but near the beginning, page 2 or 3, i said Colton was scummiest, but wer was also jumpy and defensive, or something along those lines. as for a claim, i claim TOWN!

You are aware, that that is not the sort of claim people will be looking for, and that in this game claiming "town" is absolutely meaningless as the game appears to consist of the scum groups, the revolution and the peasants?

thats true... what is the case against me anyway? Isnt this BW a bit scummy. not really a case. Everyone says: yes, just to put the pressure, but the pressure's on, and i feel that theres no case, and i deflected everything you threw at me. FOS all who are voting/FOSing me

An all around OMGUS FOS? Pretty scummy. Ok, personally, you shouldn't have claimed so early. Unless you're at L-1, don't claim. Also, the reason why people are saying vanilla townie is a bad claim, is because there's no intrinsic value behind it. Nobody can counterclaim vanilla townie. Scum hide behind the vanilla townie claim all the time.

Honestly: I have no clue on whom to kill, and I don't think there ever will be a usefull clue on whom to kill in this game, unless someone gives us some information. So, we have to be carefull not to kill a good special.
Thus, claiming vanilla townie .. well.. better you than a good special, right?

oh, ok sorry. But if i did claim 26th movement, the members might take the risk of revealing themselves to kill me. Then id die anyway because my claim would be false...
As For the FOS, its because there is NO evidence against me, but im getting FOSed and Voted anyway. The worst are the ones who Fos'ed me, because they're all non-commital, and if they're scum and this BW fails, they can jump on the next one.

Well, yes it is generally considered pretty scummy lie about your claim. I mean there are certain instances where it would be okay for someone to keep some information secret, but this clearly would not be one of those times. Also, your argument that the people FOS'ing you are somehow worse than those voting you doesn't really seem to hold water.
You haven't really produced any reason for you not to be lynched I my eyes, so I will vote vodean. I would however like to hear more from those people who haven't posted today, or have posted very little...
