Well, I think its safe to say, that while the abuse accusation really is just no where near what CC calls abuse...its also very clear that not all players know that....and on some websites, nearly no such posts are allowed...so, it is possibly an honest mistake.

Only they purposefully frivolous accusations need be addressed...not the...for lack of a better term, ignorant ones.

He's played 270+ games. You would assume he would know better. Perhaps he doesn't.

Click on the community guidelines link there or here and read them before posting. For instance in this case the very bottom topic on Game Chat Guidelines would tell you:
