That’s rubbish, any substance which causes intoxication will impair your ability to drive (even some prescription drugs and over-the -counter medicines). After using hash your reaction times are slowed and your ability to make rational judgments on things like hazard perception is decreased.
And your other point that there are no studies that prove it does harm to your body is also wrong. There have been a lot of studies that have liked heavy cannabis use to mental illnesses. And if you've ever smoked a lot of dope before, you'll know that you can get strong feelings of paranoia etc so I'm pretty much with this.
The effect of marijuana on the body is dependant on the type of dope used (anyone tried super-skunk) and its method of preparation/injection (that’s why theres different classifications for cannabis in the UK).
The person who said it is better for you than tobacco is also off, as (at least in the UK) it is mainly mixed with tobacco when smoked and no filter is used - the rates of mouth and throat cancers are increased between habitual cannabis users and ordinary smokers.
I'm not against drug use per say (I've dabbled a fair bit in the past myself

) but people have to be aware of the risks. But after saying that I say all drugs should be legalised as it should be an individual’s choice.
