and how it was done in your day wasn't how i was told to do it here and now i was told at night
1thats assuming that another town member was going to be killed i was hoping that the death toll wouldn't be so high
2 im not paranoid about my death, neither do i fear death, i know that the murder victim could be anyone including myself, and as a townie i am more worried about dieing and leaving the town with one less town member to fight the mafia
3 i didn't think to google it and i did ask later on

the confusing part about all this is that everyone knows two of the six players roles. there own and pmc who is town. so this leaves four unknowns in the equation and if pmc is right two of them are mafia.

no i don't need to make up facts i really didn't know i thought that it was one night action a night
im going to say good last point but your first post was about a day after aceartemis was killed and that was two days before the night began. it is entirely possible that you were asked to be a replacement, said yes, got your role, and then read through the form and sent in your night action.
another point i have is that squirrel didn't try real hard to find a replacement for mp until after it was clear that ga7 was going to be lynch. mp was mia for almost the whole game and squirrel didn't do a whole lot to replace him until ga7 was to be lynched if mp was town i don't think that squirrel would try so hard to replace him

PMC looks like there is a 50/50 shot on who is scum, but I still can't decipher who it is. There appears to be a few more flaws in greg's logic than squirrels', but not enough to convince. What are your thoughts?

I think i will have a reread tonight and make up my mind. I don't like all the specualtion though about why MP was replaced. It seems greg is playing the innocence card although he seems to havve more of an idea of what he is doing in other games which seems a little suspicious thoguh i am still leaning the other way.

Of course greg played innocently. That is the point of the mafia. They are trying not to get caught! And how does it prove that I'm scum just because he counterclaimed? Look at his options! We all knew there had to be a reviver in this game. Since you and crazy didn't claim it, that means one of the two of us had to be it. When I claimed it, he knew he absolutely had to counterclaim the same way or else it would prove his guilt! The only alternative was to claim whatever role crazy has and face off with him instead. In the end it was a no brainer.

Basically, basing your decisions on our past behavior won't work in this situation simply because I'm taking over for a deadbeat. If MP had been posting and helping, wouldn't you reconsider your vote? Instead please just look at the facts.

1. Greg claims to overturn lynches when the scene clearly says you were revived.
2. His reasons for reviving you are shallow at best. To waste your only revive on a completely useless role is to waste your ability! Only another veteran would choose to lynch you pmc.
3. I am taking over for a deadbeat. If he wasn't posting before, that means he wouldn't have been answering prods or pms at all. Day 4 started right on time, without any sort of delay due to the replacement process (this is because there was no action for the replacement to send in). This means that an active player had to have sent in the night-kill!

I don't know how else I can convince you. I wish squirrel would have given me this role sooner so that I could have made my own reputation and not been judged by the actions of a deadbeater. But if you can't see through greg's obvious holes in his argument, go ahead and lynch me. I am simply tired of spending time on such long posts if there is no chance that you will be convinced.

Well now it all comes down to this. The hat or greg. both had made their points and show signs of scumminess. But I trust PMC who is a vet, and I doubt he is really Ozymandias who is so smart he could have tricked all the players to thinking he was a naive cop when he was the mastermine of the who plan using other scum as pawns. So Vote Hat and we'll see if our 50/50 shot is correct.

Facts don't work in mafia, i follow my insticts. There is no such thing as a garunteed tell everything is taken in context. And MP wasnt a deadbeat for the entire game, and he seemed more scummy to me than greg ever did.

The doctor grabbed his fist and began the slow, agonizing process of disassembling the man's atomic structure. Dr. MAnhattan left the elevator with just a small pile of dust littering the floor. New York was safe, but at the cost of how many?

Mad Pineapples-You are Ozymandius! (Mafia Bulletproof Godfather) You are an ex-hero with plans to unleash destruction on NYC and kill all of the other heroes in the process. As the Mafia Godfather, you lead the mafia and will send in the mafia’s NK during the night phase. Also, any investigations on you will turn up innocent. Finally, your extreme training and reflexes give you a one-shot ability to stop a NK aimed at you. This is automatic, and I will inform you when it has been used.

The other mafia members are ga7 and thezzaruz. You may communicate with them at night. You win when the town is at equal strength as the mafia. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. If not, go confirm in the thread.

Ga7- You are Big Figure (Mafia Lyncher). You are a villain, currently holed up in jail but that does not stop you from still plotting revenge against your arch-nemesis, Rorschach. You win if Rorschach is lynched. You are also a mafia member with Mad Pineapples and Thezzaruz and you may communicate with them at night. As a mafia member, you can also win by killing off town members until they are of equal strength as the mafia. If Rorschach is lynched, you will continue to play as a normal mafia member. Your victory will be announced at the end of the game. Technically, you have a chance at a double-win. Lucky you!

Thezzaruz- You are Derf (Mafia Tracker/Hitman). You are the leader of a small gang of anti-hero nationalists. Each night, you may track one player in the game. You will see who he targeted in the night. Also, once in the game, you may send in the NK for the mafia, instead of the Godfather. This NK is unblockable, untrackable, and immune to any other players’ actions.

In this pm, I forgot to mention (but later told him via another pm) that thez could actually override the godfather's choice of NK by sending in one of his own. Just a little extra perk.

You may use each gadget only once per game.

On top of this, you and Iliad are lovers. You may communicate with each other day and night. If she is killed, you shall die as well (and vice-versa). His flying owlship would track and watch that person for the night, the grappling hook would protect/roleblock his target, the cloaking device would protect his target but also make their night actions unblockable, and the super-hero gum took away the targets vote for the next day.

I thought it was quite good though I must say that giving town 4 roles that could investigate is a bit much (even with one being naive). KUDOS to those investigators though as they nailed us directly.

Well, I thought about that, but I decided to leave the roles because: I didn't think crazy would be using his every night, safarguy wouldn't know he was tracking so its likely he would choose a poor target, and pmc would do absolutely nothing. In the end, cowboyz was the only one with any real investigative abilities. Besides, MP was immune to investigations so at least one mafia member wouldn't be sold out that way.

I liked it, nice interesting roles.

Well done hostin your first mafia game Mr. Squirrel. I like the Watchmen concept and we even had artwork to go with our roles. Always more fun.

Game wise, I think I just got lucky investigating Thezz first night. Mafia could have easily won if he woulda came up town.

I had fun with this and, learned not to get trigger happy early in the game. Yhought is was funny that Iliad died because he roleblocked colton who in a sense protected him, but it was too early to know roles.

BTW: I was intentionally lurking on Day 2 because of my role. I don't like survivor roles.
