The plan was never to not lynch anyone today. It was to lynch stroop today and then if he was cult leader to possibly not lynch anyone tomorrow if the investigation did not find a cult member. Skimmer...

Stroop wrote:If the blue psychologist is still around

I thought he was the blue psycologist, no? if not then you must be green because you did not stop william from being recruited. There is no problem here, but to make double sure, if there is a green or red psycologist they should claim because they serve no purpose now and it would help support stroop's claim, but if no one claims, then I think that his role is bogus.

No, I am the red pyschologist. I didn't stop william from being recruited, because / was recruited by the red cult that night, not william. The red and green psychologist are still useful, because we will be notified if the blue cult tries to recruit someone we are protecting. I think the green psychologist isn't around anymore though, since we asked him to come forward with good info on Day 4 and he could have confirmed my claim by now.

Stroop wrote: I think that overall I've shown that I'm pro-town.

Catching the red cult isn't pro town only. The blue cult wants to get rid of them too.

Yes, but I don't think that when I say "overall", I mean "when I helped catch the red cult". Maybe it confused you because it was all in one long sentence. I said that my role was sort of confirmed when it helped catching sheep and his cult. Also, I think that overall (id est throughout the game) I've shown that I'm pretty pro-town.

High Finger of Suspicion on NorseMsn

Did you even read the thread? Suspect produced strong evidence on Stroop, who is trying to twist his way out of this, then you throw a random vote on spisr.. Scum buddy much?

Strong evidence? One mention in a scene that I might be a blue cult member? What happened can be easily explained by looking at our roles and thinking outside of the box for a moment, so if you have no reason to disbelieve my role claim, I don't think you have a reason to lynch me.

Do you have a reason to disbelieve my role claim?

I'm around, just reading mostly. This is the second mafia game I've joined (the other one is still on day 3) and the whole cult v cult v cult v town thing really has me confused still. If we want to kill off all 3 cults completely, shouldn't we kill the psychologists as well; or do we just need to kill the leaders so the cults will crumble?

The whole deal where Suspect tried to kill you and the cult bodyguard took the hit for you.

Yes norse did you read the thread? Why would you vote for me now with the case against stroop as it is?

If stroop's claim is true then the psychologists are not part of the cults. If his claim is false then there are no psychologists

I protected Haggis, I think that had something to do with it. It also could be that his action isn't just bodyguarding but also roleblocking or something and that he targeted me for that.

Pmc and sheep both were leaders so william would have had to be the one recruited, and he was, by red cult. Why couldn't you protect him if you protect people from the red cult?

Stroop says he protected william, sheep and pmc Night 2. William was recruited Night 1.

Vote Count

Stroop - 3 votes (LSU Tiger Josh, nagerous, spiesr)
spiesr - 1 vote (norsemsn1066)

With 10 players alive it takes 6 to lynch.

Stroop is at L-3

The vote count is wrong, Norse voted spiesr not stroop

so the amended one would be:

Stroop - 4 votes (LSU Tiger Josh, nagerous, spiesr, walrus)
Spiesr - 1 vote (norsemsn)

Well, I still am not sure what went down the night you protected those 3 people and you said one had been recruited but none actually were because they were all cult already. Also, It is od that there are no other psychologists who could potentially give us info that have claimed. Also, you did have cult things in your house and the body gaurd took a hit for you. The case against you seems pretty decent, but I thought that about derfderf too... None the less, I want to hang you from the highest tree in town.

I said one of them was targeted for recruitment. I stressed several times that I did not know if this recruitment was successful and that I didn't know which cult tried.
Also, It is od that there are no other psychologists who could potentially give us info that have claimed.

Not so odd. I think we're down to 5 townies (assuming blue cult recruited each night), so chances are that they have been recruited.

Now that I think about this more, we probably have more time than we think. The chances of having all sucsessfl recruiting every night is slim because the cult leaders don't know who is cult and will enevitably try and recrut somone (like when one of the people stroop recruited were targeted.) You explainedthat well, but you haven't really given a great explination of why you weren't killed when you were targgeted, other then a redirect, which seems unlikely.

It could be another strange side-effect of my role. I protected Haggis and because of that he involuntarily guarded me, but I think that's a bit unlikely.

A lot more likely is that Haggis's action wasn't only bodyguarding. I think he had 2 actions, which he both had to use on one target (like a jailkeeper). The other action could be roleblocking or anything else Nate would find a good fit (after the "flip flopper", I have no idea what to expect from a role anymore).
