Site maintenance, what time...?

Hi, i'm in the UK and last week when it was my turn i was about to place my armies when the site went down. I lost my armies which affected the outcome of the game. I know it has some info at the top of my games list when i log in, however not knowing the US times i can't work out when it's safe to play (GMT) without fear of losing my armies again! Any help appreciated, cheers!

it says in brackets how many hours behind GMT it is

Yeah so i assume its already done, but then the sign is still on when you logg in :)

So id like to know if i can still get stuck with my turns like the man above said :)
