Auto refresh on 'Active games' page

Concise description:

• Auto refresher on the 'Active' games page

Specifics:

• Everyone's active games page would automatically refresh every 4 minutes (or anything less than 5 really...)

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• it will save people from having to hit f5, click my games, click refresh, or click active to refresh the page.
• it will make it easier on people playing multiple speed games, so that they don't have to keep refreshing to make sure that they don't miss a turn
