i wish there was...really, i do...like an undo button..but that would take the risk out of the game, wouldn't it?

not really. If you made an undo button for ending turns or accidently playing sets later it wouldn't take the risk out.

I've lost at least one or two games cause of hitting end attacks too soon... like when another player has one spot left, and you don't take it, and someone else kills him and takes his cards....

Confirming it every time would start to annoy me, though ;)

agreed, the times when you mess up, you'd wish you had it, but I think I would be cursing it every other time.

An intelligent script would be the best solution then. "That other player who's got 5 cards has only one country left, do you really want to end attacks? You've only got 3 countries and 5 armies, don't you think you should play that mixed set of yours?" That would be great.

The end attack and end fortification button is not really that much of a hassle. You only get it once a game and it can save a game for you.

If you're really desperate I suppose there could be an undo button - but it would only be available immediately after hitting the button - it would be unfair to go back and change your decision if someone else is playing (the system could be manipulated in that way). Or maybe we should all try to be just a little more thoughtful! :-k

Ah... 'Undo' in war? I don't think so! In chess you must evaluate the gameboard and choose what action you wish to pursue. Once you touch a piece, you must move it (as long as it has legal movement options). You must do the same here at Conquer Club--you must evaluate the gameboard and choose what action you wish to pursue. Once you push end attack or end fortification, you shouldn't be able to go back and change something if you noticed or commited a blunder.

My two bananas.

the confirm script is great actually, it saved me from a lot of mistakes...but i had to remove it, because in freestyle its a disaster...

I don't play touchmove unless I'm in a formal tournament ... bad analogy.

Perhaps not the best, but works just fine to explain why not to have an undo button :)

only thing I wish for was either a Undo Deployment or a Are you sure you wish to do that? for the deployment because I somehow end up deploying on a diff country then I meant to.
