Right, I am suspicious of William, he made this post just 2 posts after the death scene. Now I think he may just be a SK, he states that the scene says two people wanted Exile's blood last night, and immediately presumed that both were town, he misses out any mention of a serial killer, now Exile was mafia, so the mafia would not have killed there own godfather, leaving only town and 3rd party, now I think it was quite naive of William to forget all about a 3rd party role killing exile, or William is cleverer than we think, but I tend to go with the former because William has been playing for while and forgetting a whole faction when thinking about a death scene is kinda a big mistake, one I would not expect William to make.

He then went on to say inst a SK more likely to kill town players which is silly, a regular SK would have no idea who is town and who is not. I may be reading into this a bit too much here but I think William may have suggested that because Exile was mafia it is not likely to be a SK that killed him, rather a vig or JOAT like William suggested.

William really made me suspicious of him when he made this post not long after his other posts above:

All PCM said was he thinks it may be quite likely for a SK to be in this game and then William posted the above, I see it as a little panic, I think he may just be a SK and when PCM contradicted William and stated he thought a SK might be in this game, William got defensive and said he was pushing for Exile's lynch the hardest. William was in no danger and had no reason to defend himself, no one had voted him or anything.
I think this was uncalled for, he was not really being looked on suspiciously up until then. Meh, just a bit weird in my opinion.

I am still not convinced, quite frankly pushing for Exile's lynch does nothing to convince me you are not anti town. You could still easily be a SK. As PCM stated earlier SK's dont care who they kill providing they make it to the end and furfill their win wondition so if you are a SK you dont care who gets lynched as long as it is not you. So pushing for Exiles lynch does absolutley nothing to convince me otherwise.

As promised, I reread and examined exile's posts and other people's interactions with exile. Shadowstar, Flores, william18 and kiwi/XGS got out of it looking more pro-town than before, PCM, kwanton, kalish and skittles got out of it looking a little less pro-town than before, but one person who didn't appear that scummy before totally caught my eye: nagerous/tonka.

This post by exile was the first thing that drew my attention his way:

nag, you say "pushing for a quick lynch is a sign of scumminess" when *you* are the one pushing for a lynch? jake is an idiot, we all know that, but just saying "lets get a bandwagon going" is, at best, a poor attempt at self-referential humour, much like when anyone writes "BANDWAGON!" after their vote - it's sarcastic, not to be taken seriously.

Pressuring jake might be a good plan, but you're smart enough to know that that's not a case (or at least not anything like as much as mandy's case of thinking shadow was stalling waiting for a fake role), and calling it one is the more suspicious route.

Here exile attacks nagerous, but notice how he doesn't vote him. Posts like that make me thing they're only posted to be able to say "look I was suspicious of him earlier" when his buddy dies, but without putting any real pressure on him at that moment.

Nag doesn't respond to this on day 1, but look at this post day 2 and spot the similarities:

I'm pretty sure kiwi is sound now... I'm more suspicious of the1exile at the moment and am tempted to throw a vote that way.

Again, an attack without a vote. It's only when Flores notices the same and pushes him he places his vote.

After this, he suddenly seems a whole lot more sure of himself than before:

Possibly he decided that now that his vote is already there, he might as well push for the lynch to get off looking pro-town.

Then tonka replaces nag. He starts off with this beautiful summary of the game so far, but completely leaves exile out of it! However, he doesn't unvote. This smells to me like scum who doesn't want to push a wagon on his godfather, but leaves his vote there anyway so he'll look clean in case exile does get lynched.

Now I don't expect tonka to explain what nag was thinking at the time, but he could at least explain why he left his vote on exile without even mentioning exile in his posts. In the meantime, vote tonka.

Thats also a possibility. But wouldn't an sk more likely kill of townies while the scum do aswell and speed up the process, instead of going to kill someone slightly helpful for him.

I'd just like to point out how wrong this statement is. Most people say that SK's want to kill anyone, but I don't find that too accurate either. The last time I was a SK I killed off as many mafia players as I could so I could build up myself for a vig claim

Anyway, I had some superb mafia theory to lay out with which to catch all our scumzors with but sadly I forgot what the hell it was. No matter, I will reread and hopefully recall what the heck it was. Untill then we seem to have a heap of leads to go on but they all seem difficult to decide on what to prioritise on.

I'm in College, so I can't really read this as much as I like. And I want to conserve my laptop's batteries, but I noticed it had a power saver role so I can pay more attention tomorrow [at 34% power now]. I get home late today, but tomorrow I have almost the whole day free.

Although, I did skim over the day [as I got class in 20 minutes, and I need a 5 minute walking leisure time], and it seems pretty interesting. The Tonka/Nagerous bit seems really good, but I'd like to reread the game and pay special attention to it. However, all I can really give you is a cheer because Shadowstar is a jackass.

did not change my vote off exile because i didnt see a particularly inviting option at the moment and wasnt sure that moving a vote around was especially going to change anything drastically that made sense. Essentially i didnt think i need to rock the boat very much, and figured if nag thought there was a good reason that exile was scum i wouldnt change it until i had found something better.

You are correct however, i cannot explain nags thinking, though find it odd that you would automatically assume its a scum cover up instead of the easier more likely possiblity than Exile simply overplayed his hand when talking back to nag causing him to slap the vote on.

Moving on.... We need to make some choices here, boys and girls, the deadline is rapidly approaching. To be honest, you're totally correct. I made absolutely no no case against you at all and would have pointed that out in regard to AD's post had I not been kinda pissed when making my last post because of XG's comment. Oh and note my bold on your quote for clarity's sake.
