Im a guy who's watched the SEC all his life. I know as well as anyone that you never have a gauranteed win in the SEC. Take the year Auburn went undefeated, they only beat Georgia by 1 point.

And they STILL couldn't win the MNC.

SEC has been screwed over a lot in recent years. Example:

LSU had a 1-loss season played for the NC and destroyed, to put it lightly, Oklahoma. BUT they still have 2 share their title with USC, but the next year they have to pay Auburn to shut up about sharing the championship.

The Tigers have the Crystal Football residing on the campus. USC does not. BCS Champion = MNC. USC and ESPN can go screw themselves.

Bowl season kicks off tonight with the bowl classic, the POINSETTA BOWL, featuring the feared Horned Toads of Texas Christian University against the Huskies of Northern Illinois. Halftime found the Toads blanking the Huskies 16-0.
