I don't see how PCM did much scummy, flores, you were given plenty of time, and the whole thing was backed by the cop as well, lynching a claimed vanila is much better than having a no lynch in a C9 in my opinion.
I believe if fakarten (now flores) was in fact scum as Fireddud said, it is unbelievably suspicious for him to jump on the bandwagon led by his replacement (the same role as the one he was sure was scum),it is possible that Fireedud and farkarten were both scum and fire tried to sacrifice him to prove his own innocence (as the other was submarining anyways) this would also explain why fireedud is so hasty to jump this wagon, now that both parties are involved a scum win is inevitable if we lynch a townie.

Yes it is rather suspicious that fire now believe you. but if pancake and I (both likely the most active players in the game) were scum, we would have jumped this for sure and won with no problems.

i think you're playing it conservatively, and i think if you tried to lynch the same player twice in a row that could put the heat on you, on the other hand you might not be scum, though that could hardly be a defense for pancake.
Two townies died in a game of 7 players, that means that 2 out of 5 players are scum and we have 3 townies counting me and fireedud (i think fireedud is townie because him voted pancake), that leaves whoever hasn't voted yet as the probable last townie, dunc we need you to hammer, tomorrow people when im NKed beware of /.

The scum ratio is making the whole thing seem all the more nonsensical in my opinion, we who are infact town, must not be too hasty at this point, and yet flores, who was also caused our cop to claim on a suspicion, demands that we hammer the person who hammered her. Let's not forget who else was one that wagon, sam, dunc, and I were all also part of it. but enough of that, we had all (who weren't scum) believed that she was the most likely to be guilty.
this doesn't really prove much, although once again, we are being led on a guess as to who's scum. (not that we have a choice)

This is the main thing that makes me doubt your motives, town will die if we don't get this completely right, it is not the time to lynch any random person (unless you are scum), so I suggest we rethink this before we cast our votes.

It's just that, the way I see it the game was at a standstill before you were let back in. this does not, make sense with such a high number of mafia. normally mafia will try to either pin the blame on a person, then try to gain support, then hammer, or wait until someone has a theory, agree with it then hammer, either way if both mafia were active there is no way this game would have lasted until now, this is further supported by Fire's observation that no one had attempted to hammer you, While I'm not sure who your scum mate is (it could even be pancake after all) but I now have no doubt you are scum.

It wasn't "vanilla is not believable." It was "increase town's odds by eliminating one person w/o a power role (and might even be scum.)" This brings me back to what I said earlier: Townies shouldn't lie. If you HAD been vanilla with someone else as doc, this game is practically walk away with a victory for the town.

Yes, I was going on my experience in identical or similar situations to narrow down the choices. Do YOU want to be at lynch or lose with 6 people? I don't. So I hammered to narrow down the choices. 3 town vs. 2 scum (40% on a random guess) (Or even the possible 4 town vs. 1 scum) > 4 town vs. 2 scum (~16% on a random guess) . Even if you had claimed doc, we'd be in a better situation than we are now, and with a deadline breathing down my neck, I made a decision I felt would be in favor of the town. But the doc had to go and be a hero. Which brings us back to the Lynch All Liars principle. There is no reason for a townie to lie.

Now if I were scum, what would be the advantage in me giving the town BETTER odds at figuring out who scum were?

Even though the numbers may help, when you come down to it, the game is played by people. People are not confined by any of these numbers; on any given day it is possible for even the worst to be the best.

2. I will say that you're right, the game is played by people and they'll play it how they will. But without information, it's a stab in the dark, isn't it? That's why you narrow down the choices, especially for the cop counting on the doc protecting him.
