The local highschool, Seigaku High. A familiar sight, usually peaceful. But today, it is full of ambulances, press reporters and cops.

*chatter, chatter* DId you hear? The 2 senior student leaders died last night! They jumped off the top of the school! Suicide? No way, can you imagine those two thickheads being depressed? I heard a teacher tried to catch them at the bottom and broke his skull too! *chatter, chatter*

A few hours later in the morning, the P.A. system spouts a short order:
All students and staff are to gather in the Gymnasium in 15 minutes.
