That would probably be a bad idea. Litigation is a matter of the public record, and is available to anyone with a library card, such as possible future employers.

In most cases, it seems, suing for wrongful termination is a Pyhrric victory at best (assuming the plaintiff wins), and most commonly a case of marking oneself as a "bad hire" (whether or not you win in court, you are still marked). The administration is not going to say anything negative about wicked because that would mark them the same way. Employers do look for such red flag information, have no doubt.
