And that's not even on a Sunday.

And what did they ask for? That nothing particularly bad should happen to them that day again?

Seriously Cypress, get them to pray for world peace or something.

And while we are doing the math, how many prayers answered does that work out for the individual, and what did they pray for? And while praying, did they do anything to make this stuff happen? Seems like a lot of variables.

I pray that Cypress will reply.

I remember that thread... Who started it again? It was a reaction to the "Hot and Sexy and NSFW" thread, if I remember correctly.

God chooses what to grant, if he decides to grant anything, I know I thank him every day for letting me live on his wonderful earth and allowing me to do his will. I do not know what these people pray for, it is there choice, I cannot control anyone, only God can, but he lets us take control of our own lives, to lead them as we wish. They could have done anything to make this stuff happen, but I am sure God lead them to do it.

Sorry, I make horrible paragraphs (the form).

I hope that in your heart you truly believe that, but if you don't then just too bad. Guess I won't see you in heaven, not that I am not retiring from trying to convince you that God exists.

Start a fresh thread, and we can go a round or two. I know we already have fifty of them. Just like that quote, I think that you and I are both Atheists.

I am listening, and I hope that you are too. I hope one of us walks away with some new appreciations.

Atheism is not a religion. It is simply a description like "Blonde" or "SKinny". It simply means you don't believe in gods...any of them. Thats all. Nothing more.

No "conversions", no church, no bibles, no gods, no demons, no magical miracles, no rituals, we don't "fellowship" or even get together usually...that would be too much like a religion. Oh...and we sleep in on Sunday mornings. ;)

Actually, I don't believe you can classify you are an atheist, because as I said earlier, atheist try to disprove religion, while non-believers simply don't care. So, if you are trying to disprove, you are atheist, if not, you are a simple non-believer.

But don't worry, I'll pray for you.

Second time you have posted this crap, so are you going to tell us where exactly you learnt such nonsense.

I did miss it. But at least you can update your definition now.

MERRIAM-WEBSTER
Main Entry: athe·ist
Function: noun
Pronunciation: 'A-the-ist
: one who believes that there is no deity - athe·is·tic/"A-the-'is-tik/ or athe·is·ti·cal/"A-the-'is-ti-k&l/ adjective
- athe·is·ti·cal·ly/-ti-k(&-)le/ adverb

An Atheist is a non believer end of story, trust me I know. Some Atheists are more vocal than others, some may try to impose their views on others but trying to pin labels is just plain silly and smacks of a hidden agenda. Shall we start classifying Christians by how many times they pray, how evangelical they are, how many snakes they danced with in church last week, maybe we can scale them from moderate to dangerous lunatics.

And you are wrong. (or being spoon fed lies. I suspect the latter.)

One more time...and please, pay attention. Atheism = non-religious. They are the same thing. Being an atheist simply means not believing in god(s). Nothing more, nothing less.

I don't know where you are getting this "un-conversion" or "dis-prove" BS, but it's completely wrong.

EDIT: Oh I see...someone TOLD you what Websters said without you actually looking it up yourself.

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/atheist <-- Go ahead...click it...see for yourself.

No need to perform your primitive rituals for me. I am not superstitious.

But don't worry. When "Y'all" get older and are out on your own, hopefully you will see the adult fairy takles for what they are. ;)

That's more than a quarter of a century old, you really should get a more up-to-date edition.

Jay, jay, jay...are you STILL drumming that tired fantasy? (IE: your horror movie fantasy beast mark?)

Again I ask.

When will this program start? Got a date?

You DO know that "Verichip" is a public company...right? I just visited their website and saw nothing of a massive worldwide chipping program. Care to fill us in?

Oh yeah...you have conspiracy theorist YouTube videos droning on and on about technology they don't understand. You will believe their incredibly far-fetched science without question, and in the same breath claim that geologists dating million year old rock are idiots.

At least your are consistent in your idiocy.

No, I don't have a date. I did watch the link here:

and in it, the guy said he talked to a CIA agent, who urged secrecy, that he had some kind of device implanted in him which he had to get changed (a pouch of some kind) every 72 hours, and if he didn't he would die an agonizing death. He said he knew because he was not going to get the pouch replaced and apparently the pain was so unbearable he got it. Sci-fi right? Ya, I don't discount the technology that we are left in the dark about. After watching that clip, I will no longer drink or eat anything with Aspertaime in it.

And good luck with that belief, you got attacked because of your error not because of your faith. Perhaps in future you will double check what you read/get told before you hold it up as gospel.

This is the funniest thing I have read all day. Thanks, you lunatic.

Welcome to jay's world of mutually inconsistent beliefs!

The media is run by the conspiracy!
vs
Youtube videos are gospel truth!

Evolution and global warming are, despite almost global scientific consensus, science fiction!
vs
evil lizard technology discussed by whackjobs on google is NOT science fiction!

etc.
etc.
