I know this has been posted several times. This week I have had 6 turnkey games held up by people skipping turns just to build up guys and deploy 9 guys some where on the board. I see this happening more and more as time goes on if you continue to reward players for skipping turns. If I am going to be gone I try to have a sub play! If you miss or skip a turn you should loose those guys or there at least be a setting controlled by the players that can decide what happens(receive guys or lose guys on missed turn)!.
The issues with the current concept are:
1) It delays play! Especially, if you have more than 2 players in an 8 player game doing it.
2) It rewards players for slow play!

3) It penalizes the ones who diligently play the game in a timely manner!

4) It goes against what the rating system pushes for(fast play and good attendance)
