May I be the first to question the sanity of the officers manning that helicopter? After almost getting rammed, they decided to give chase in a presumably lightly armed and armored police helicopter. Smart. Very smart.

And I must say, that was one sucky UFO, if the helicopter could keep up with it.

I would be inclined to chalk this entire thing up as a hoax. Incredibly slow UFO acting in an extremely stupid manner (if it wanted the helicoper dead, I assume there are better ways to do it than ramming. Hell, why didn't it turn around for a second go?) randomly attacks police helicopter. Yes, that's exactly the kind of petty crap we expect an arbitrarily advanced alien civilization, apparently quite concerned with keeping themselves under the radar to pull.

The governments always cover it up because it would cause mass panic that we're being attacked by aliens. Do you seriously believe that everything is a weather balloon, flares, an oddly-shaped airplane?

I am familiar with the Sun newpaper, and the amount of investigating it does before printing a story. I would not be startled to find that there are real aliens, or even that they had reached the earth. But I would be bloody gob-smacked if the Sun broke the story first.
