If a peron misses repeated turns but does manage to make it through the game till end. I would give that person a 1. If a player quits halfway through or deabeats all together I would find an option to let others know , would be well served.
Originally I was going to suggest a minus option to deal with that issue, but people would abuse it.
A little option of pointing out the deadbeaters would be useful and practical. Moderating said option would be easy, all a mod would have to do is check if the player was kicked out for missing to many turns. So abuse would be easily avoided.

I don't think missing repeated turns deserves a lowering, in my opinion there are 2 ratings to be given 1 for deadbeating 5 for getting to end, I know I go against that but if it's in the rules I allow it.
