In my opinion, all the Star Wars nonsense is the result of "Solo shots"

It's a personal, aestetic(sp?) touch that most decent fans like alot.

If you want to see nonsence, watch what happens when moronic "Trektards" try to "debate" with "rabid Warsies". Nothing short of sheer madness, mostly on the part of the "Trektards". No different that people who debate which comic book hero is better or which baseball team is better, it's all kinda stupid. But my money is on SW in any verses debate.

I will not bring that here, by the way. I get enough of it on other sites, so don't bring it up.

I'm not joking, for the love of all that is moral and proper DO NOT BRING IT UP!!!!!one!!!!111!!!oneoneoneityoneone!!

And I agree with Yeti_C: Han Shot First!

I was 10 when Phantom Menace came out; I thought it was shite then, I think it's shite now. Not a patch on any of the others.

1. Return of the Jedi
2. New Hope
3. Empire Strikes Back
4. Revenge of the Sith
5. Clones

Two words: HELL NO!

At least, not the NJO series. Or any book series in the following catagories: After NJO or written by Karen Traviss. I'd be lots happier with the Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn for the seventh film and either I Jedi or the Jedi Search Trilogy By Kevin J. Anderson as the eighth. If neither, the Dark Forces series of old computer games would be ok. For the Ninth, I think we need to see something completely new.

I heard rumor that there is going to be another trilogy. Taking place after the original..... Is it true? Does this follow any of their books or anything?

You certainly could make a good set of movies out of the Thrawn Trilogy, especially if you wanted to slant the story a little bit and favor the empire.

I was 8 when the Phantom Menace came out, and I loved it. Qui-Gon kicks ass and the double-bladed speil was awesome. However, I must admit the first trilogy was better in general as far as plot goes. Acting is another matter... I AM YOUR FATHER... NO!!! THATS IMPOSSIBLE!!! Made me laugh first time i saw it.

Now, Qui-gon still kicks ass but the movie is so-so. My list:

RotJ
Revenge of the Sith
Empire Strikes Back
Phantom Menace
A New Hope (sorry)
Attack of the Clones (I really hate this movie)

Yes, you certainly could. But I'd like to see both the Thrawn Trilogy and the Jedi Search Trilogy, plus I Jedi and the Dark Forces games, turned into Lucasfilm Movies. Live action, if possible, animated if not, but diffenately released on the big screen. That is asking too much, I know, but still.

Oh, most of the rest of the "expanded universe" can go to the shredder for all I care; especially the NJO, Dark Nest and the works of Karen Traviss.
