that will automatically convert a normal .jpg and other image codes into CSS codes? Or does it have to be manually?

This makes no sense. A jpg is an image file, a CSS file is a text document containing style definitions to be applied to a (X)HTML document. You can't convert one into the other, it just doesn't work like that. What do you actually want to do?

I want to have an AC/DC CSS background on my veoh account, but I have only found myspace ones. And I have NO clue on how to custom make it myself.
