Its a fog of war game, yes. But I should be able to see where I was attacked from and what territory I lost. Why? Because I just occupying it.

No, it rewards those that are constantly logged on and keeps notes. That really shouldn't be required.

Interesting that your solution to my "notes shouldn't be required" is, "take notes".
I would agree with you if it concerned any other players territories but it doesn't, the problem lies with ones own territories.Herakilla wrote:if you play fog and complain about the not being able to see what you lose, dont play fog, simple as that.
Well I don't play FoW. I would if the settings wasn't so ridiculously stupid though, as I like the general idea.
It is a fact. A real life fact - the battles concerned were won and lost using military equipment not virtual dice and a map on a screen.axh98 wrote:I'm pretty sure when the Germans had control over Europe and were starting to lose battles to the Allied Powers, they were able to tell what cities they lost. Thats a not a feature of life folks, thats a fact.
Well Conquer Club isn't a board game, but setting that aside for a moment it is a game as you say. Which seems to negate your previous argument that FoW positions should be revealed because "the Germans would have known". Games and real life don't have the same rules.axh98 wrote:Bringing that back to Conquer Club, its a board game for crying out loud.
You would be able to see what you just lost. But I can't imagine how you'd avoid seeing the territories that were supposed to be obscured by FoW ... FoW is only possible because it's not a board game we're playing hereaxh98 wrote: I should be able to see in the log what I just lost! Because, if you include the information you suggest in the game log, it will become possible to deduce a good deal of the holders' of territories which are supposedly obscured by FoW.axh98 wrote:why the hell not in here?

or alternatively you could use BOB because it has a snapshot feature. just take one at the end of your turn and when you come back analyze it to see what happened.
