Most points lost in a game

This question has been prompted by duggies rant in flame wars.

Anyway excluding that game with stbd or whatever his name was, what's the most points anyone has ever lost in a game?

Mine's 46:

From the Score and Ranking section of the Instructions link up top:

The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.

What are the "loser's score" and "Winner's scores" based on?
