Unit_2...development atlas update?

Has anyone seen unit_2 to update the development atlas...i'm almost certain i saw his name luring in the shadows this morning....there seems to be a lot of discrepancies in DA.

i PMed him a couple a days ago with updates, and he did some of them but not others, then he replied saying "Thank You."
