The one where Paris Hilton got a pipe through her skull. I never shed so many tears of joy before, because the director did what so many others have wanted to do for a long time.
"Eh, whatever."

The first movie that ever made me cry was Phenomenon.

Since then... pretty much every movie I've seen has made me cry.

The Afghani film "Osama", when the little girl winds up a sex slave to the horrible old cleric.

I fucking hate the Taliban.

when Atreyu lost Artax in the quicksand.
have you ever seen an idealist with grey hairs on his head?
or successful men who keep in touch with unsuccessful friends?
you only think you did
i could have sworn i saw it too
but as it turns out it was just a clever ad for cigarettes.

in the cold of the internet, this is kind of silly.

but at seven or eight years old, this broke my heart in ways i needed. wasn't as bad having my own real life pets die on me as it was watching fucking Artax die.

there aren't any specific movies that made me cry because whenever I saw a sad scene in any movie I would have a tear or two in my eyes

Watership Down makes me cry. When Hazel dies at the end. Very sad. The Mrs says that Hazel is old and tired and I should be happy for him. Maybe, but its still sad.

And yes I know its only a cartoon

That is sad!! I cry at any film where an animal gets hurt or killed - dunno why...
Also cried buckets when E.T. 'died' - (suppose he's a kinda animal)
Philadelphia - now that was teary. I was sad for days after seeing that one.
Phenomenon too - I was hoping right up to the end that he'd find SOME way to cure himself. And that poor girl he left behind ... ridiculous ending!! ..
