Here's what you need to do; take a round tooth-pick and cut the sharp bit off with a very sharp pair of scissors or a nice. Then sand it down a bit. Now, take a cotton ball and rip a small piece off and then break it apart a bit into a long strand of thin cotton. Now, wrap it around your dull end up your tooth-pick and now you have a make-shift Q-Tip.

Hear, hear! Does anyone know a good support group for this problem? I really need help. I mean, last night, my wife asked me to take the trash out. Take the trash out? Come on.
