Could anyone tell me how I can get animated or "moving" avatars like Fircoal's or bryguy's avatar? Also, how do you get animated/"moving" signaures like Hitman079's signature?

Animated avatars, you can simply use .GIF images.

Just google "Animated avatars" and you should come up with some :)

As for sigs, you animate them in Photoshop...I think

Remember, animated gifs for avatars are a maximum of 100x100. If you want to make your own, then you'll need a program that can do that. Unless you have some experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have one that's 98x98 doesn't move when I put it up as my avatar. Any other tips?

A. Did you resize it BEFORE you uploaded it?
B. Is it supposed to move?

I don't think the new board supports animation.
