No lynch is generally not the done thing, so if you think it's a good idea you should say why.

Ink, scum no lyncher... The only people a day 1 no lynch benefits are the scum, scum, as we get no info. With this many players, even if we hit town on a lynch today, it's still worth it for the role reveal. And I'd refrain form saying things like 'I've got a feeling there be many kills made tonight,' seems like you KNOW, scum.

Well, I'll put it this way: it seems to me that people generally lynch the wrong person Day 1 anyway. What's the point in having in all likelihood two dead townies at the end of the night?

Secondly, this game seems to have some seriously crazy (pun intended) roles. I'm fairly certain some of them include some... interesting... ways to obtain information about people. That's the part of my feeling I have no problem saying. The other part would be unwise for me to say at the moment.

The only reasons I can even think of as to why you rather not say are:

1) You are a corrupt staff member and know something.

2) You are an insane inmate that is planning to rebel.

3) You are a decent doctor that works here and heard something(But I find this highly unlikely since you won't say how you know).

Alright, you guys are obviously naturally suspicious, so I guess I'll just have to tell you. It's not even such a big deal as you would have found out tomorrow anyway.

I am a hysteria patient. Every day I have to claim the alignment of 4 different players. Only one of these will be correct. However, I can send the same names as many times as I want. I have some kind of mystery doctor looking after me. The reason why I worry about this is that maybe there's some kind of role-blocker out there who will block me tonight and every night.

But in any case, don't bandwagon on me. I assure you that I am town.

I really have no clue as to why you would claim with only 2 votes on you in a game with over 30 players. That makes no sense what so ever. But, it is a believable claim so I'll unvote for now.
