Here's another example of McCains ill-informedness. It's not racist or anything, but it's funny and shows McCains problem with the definition of words.

Mr. McCain said several times in his visit to Jordan — in a news conference and in a radio interview — that he was concerned that Iran was training Al Qaeda in Iraq. The United States believes that Iran, a Shiite country, has been training and financing Shiite extremists in Iraq, but not Al Qaeda, which is a Sunni insurgent group.

Mr. McCain said at a news conference in Amman that he continued to be concerned about Iranians “taking Al Qaeda into Iran, training them and sending them back.” Asked about that statement, Mr. McCain said: “Well, it’s common knowledge and has been reported in the media that Al Qaeda is going back into Iran and receiving training and are coming back into Iraq from Iran. That’s well known. And it’s unfortunate.”

It was not until he got a quiet word of correction in his ear from Senator Joseph I. Lieberman of Connecticut, who was traveling with Mr. McCain as part of a Congressional delegation on a nearly weeklong trip, that Mr. McCain corrected himself.

“I’m sorry,” Mr. McCain said, “the Iranians are training extremists, not Al Qaeda.”

Well hang on now. Let's take this to its logical conclusion.

So, we have on the one hand, a term which has evolved seriously racist connotations, say, "nigger". However, "gooks", clearly, when used by McCain and most others for that matter, relates to the South-East asians that fought the US. I mean, OK, let's say someone calls me a "froggie". Can I then say they're "out-of-touch" or "wacist"? I mean, the whole thing is ludicrous. Simply because McCain used a term, which as far as he knew, and as far as he'd always used it as a soldier fighting in Nam, out of habit, automatically, does that make him unfit for President?!

I mean, this is just ridiculous. In fact, it's why I hate you pinko-liberal types. Whilst brave men who fought for their Nation and for Freedom try to present credible policies and in the process maybe use forceful language which suggests a little iron is to be found in their blood, they're "unfit for president"? You really think that McCain using that word, which he probably spoke countless times over coffee in no racist way, makes him a "bad president"? I mean, come on...then you get yourself all worked up when people call you a limp-wristed leftist? It's basically a case of you having no knowledge about the global economy, about geo-politics in the Middle East, and therefore resorting to these low-blows to try and discredit people.

Far more disturbing are your bestest buddy Obama's links to black supremacists...

McCain may well be brave and yes he fought for his nation but for freedom I think not, he fought to bolster American influence in the region which is rather different. Now before you bang on about the universal fight for freedom against the tyranny of communism then let me remind you that the so called bad guys won and not a happorth of difference did it make.
