Hmm, I agree, 8 players is better.

I'd rather do 32 players, 4 groups of 8 people, top 2 from each group advance. But...might be hard to find that many people who are willing to play 70+ games at a time...although this seemed to fill up fairly quickly, so who knows.

then 2 wild cards (basically the next two highest scoring players that are not already in).

Thanks for a great tournament. It was a great one to be my first tourney win.

I won 23/71 games (32.4%) and it was still close. When the tourney started I said if I could win between 16-18 it should be a lock to win. Good thing I exceeded that goal. Also I won the first completed game (Ireland) and the last completed game (Rail USA) which was pretty neat.
