Are Yahoo and youtube down?

Seriously, I just tried both sites, but I can't get into either of them. Are they being updated or what? Same also seems to be for veoh.com. Anyone have any ideas?

Remember when Pakistan was fucking with YouTube so that their people couldn't have free access to free thought and free information?

Well, guess what is happening (but it is only a guess) China is doing the same fucking thing over the Tibet riots! So that might be the problem, but i am not saying it is. But I was having problems all day today with YouTube, and I read that news article, so I assumed that was what the problem was today:
