Generally, you're talking about the difference between Americans who have gone to college and Americans who haven't. I don't know much about Europeans other than what I've learned through CC and the few Europeans that I've met through my work, so maybe this dichotomy doesn't exist in europe? Out of curiosity, brooksie, how many Americans do you know outside of CC?

I think anyone could be smart, but some it takes less effort for some than others.

i heard an anecdote about Cohen that was really impressive.

apparently on the episode when he visited those Southern "Gentlemen" for the wine tasting (such a classic episode), there was a point where he had to go to the bathroom.

and he was really drinking all of that wine. he was really, really drunk.
