Indeed that was a lynch. In fact, it ended the game!

Akatsuki were now poised to seize the town of Konoha for good.
Under the midday sun, they swept like ghosts - unchallenged - into the town. Only when they reached the town's heart did two ninjas made a last stand. Rock Lee and Aburame Shino were the only good ninjas remaining.
The final battle for Konoha began, Shino using the bugs under his command and Lee relying on his brute strength and erattic agility to fight.
However, there were no match for the powerful rogue ninjas. Uchiha Itachi put Lee in a trance and torured his mind for a thousand years. He never woke up from the gengitsu. Shino finally realised what was inevitable. He surrended, as did the rest of the village.
Konoha was under Akatsuki's control...for good!

Daring Overlord - Rock Lee (Skitzo) has been lynched!
XenCobra - Aburame Shino (Commuter) has surrendered!

lalaland - Uchiha Itachi (2nd Mafia Leader), icedagger - Deidara (2nd Mafia Ninja) + / - Sasori (2nd Mafia Roleblocker) - The Akatsuki have won the game!
