Yeah, am I right in thinking that that means there is no "hammer" in this game.
After all we could get 14 votes for Skoffin, but the Prince doesnt't have to vote for Skoffin? Or do they have to follow the majority verdict?

Unfortunately, all of the Prince's friends and loyal subjects were unable to decide who the mysterious figure was.
