i have a question on busted multis. when they get busted and banned from conquer club how do u stop them from makeing a new account with a diffrent email adress

it was just said.... blocked ip address, i know, people can change theirs but it requires technical know how but any mod can see what your ip is since there is a little button for it, im a mod on a diff forum somewhere else and i havnt used that yet but its there.

What happens to their usernames? Seems like a big waste of usernames that nobody else can use.

It is impossible to stop them from doing that if they don't have a static ip(and most people don't)
They just terminate their connection and turn it on again, and the ip is changed.

But...
Why dopeople cheat?
To raise their points mostly(they are obviously obsessed with it), so if someone is busted as a multi they have to start over, and after a couple of times they will either quit or start playing fair

i think it's probably just some copycat. you know, like a copycat criminal, yeah that prbably what he is. maybe he has a friend on this site, and heard about the incident, or maybe he's a multi of someone on this site
