What happens to the troops of kicked players?

Can someone tell me what happens to the troops/territories of players that have been kicked for missing 3 turns?

I know they become inactive but do all units remain?

ie If they have 10 units in one territory before they are kicked will those 10 units remain as inactive units?

the armies stay the same numbers, but turn to neutral team (grey). they just stay there until one of the people still playing takes over that country.

In a doubles game, all the armies of a kicked player turn the color of that player's partner. What I want to know is what happen in a triples game if you have 2 partners? Which partner do the armies go to?

ur doubles partner's armies never used to become yours. is this a new thing or am i just confused

The armies goes to the first partner that joined the game.

What I want to know is what happens to all those peoples usernames if they dont play for ages, do they get deleted?
